M. David Daniel
24 years experience in family law, estate planning, probate, litigation, appeals, tribal law and consumer protection. 18 Years teaching Clinical Law at Willamette University College of Law including 8 years as Director of Clinical Programs. Cases before most circuit courts in the State of Oregon, the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court, the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Tribe Trial Court and Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for Oregon.
Pro Bono Activities:
David has served on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization Salem Keizer Community Development Corporation since 1993. He is the board secretary and serves on the Executive Committee. David also provides Pro Bono representation through referrals from Marion-Polk Legal Aid Service. David spent years as a baseball umpire calling balls and strikes for little league, high school and college games. Primarily he umpired little league games on a volunteer basis. He served as umpire in chief, treasurer, vice-president of baseball and Acting President for Keizer Little League.
